Meet the MommaStrong Team
Courtney Wyckoff is the Founder of MommaStrong. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with 16 years experience in the field of fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention/treatment. She has been working exclusively with pre- and postnatal women for the last 9 years, which has allowed her the opportunity to see how seldom women get the sort of support and information they need to truly re-integrate their core, nervous system, and biomechanical performance after childbirth. Her programs for core rehabilitation have been featured in Shape magazine, NPR, Parents magazine, and are vetted by leading physical therapists in this field.
Shawn Broussard joined the MommaStrong team in November of 2018 as the Customer Experience Expert. A former project manager, Shawn had been a stay at home mom of two for many years when MommaStrong approached her with the opportunity to become a part of the team, while still allowing her to make the carpool circuit. Shawn is very passionate about making sure the MommaStrong community is well taken care of and by this we mean she really wants your memberships to run smoothly!
Sicily Dickenson joined MommaStrong as CEO in April 2018. As a former CMO of Mattress Firm and NRG Energy, Sicily brings more than 13 years experience as a senior marketing and business executive. Sicily is herself the mother of two girls, who brings herself to the mat for MommaStrong every day (well almost every day). She met Courtney as her post-partum physical issues forced her to have two hip replacements. MommaStrong is a program that I can integrate into my daily life. It makes me feel stronger (both physically and mentally) and allows me to take care of myself so I can be a stronger person for the people I love. —Sicily Dickenson
