How to use the Loaded series
Types of equipment and how to choose
How you can use Loaded and the MommaStrong method to safely progress and thrive in your resistance training
This workshop will be led by Jya Plavin, MPH, CPT, CPPC. Jya is MommaStrong’s Director of Impact & Community, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre- and Postnatal strength coach.
