How does Free Shipping work?
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
- Applicable for orders subtotaling over $50 USD.

What size should I order?
Most products include a detailed sizing chart. Check there for your specific needs. Make sure to watch the band sizing video when purchasing a booty band.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
You may prepay for the out of stock item and it will ship once the inventory is replenished.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless it is a Federal Holiday, in which it will ship on the next business day.
What are your international shipping fees?
Regarding International Shipping fees, MommaStrong is not responsible for customs, duty or import tax fees that may be incurred. We kindly recommend you look into it for your Country before placing an order. If you do not see your country represented in the shipping options please email us at help@mommastrong.com.
How do I track my package once it's been shipped?
We’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Because we process orders within 1-2 business days, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped.
What is your refund policy?
Clothing & Acessories: We will exchange if you need a different size (while supplies last), but we cannot refund your purchase.
Equipment: We accept exchanges 4 weeks from the purchase date as long as there are no signs of wear. There will be a $7 restocking fee.
Workshops: We can refund workshops up to 7 days prior to the workshop. Attendance is limited and we may not be able to fill your spot in less than 7 days.
