What size should I order?

We recommend reading the descriptions to check for the fit of the t-shirt/tank/band so you can order accordingly.


When will my order ship?

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless it is a Federal Holiday, in which it will ship on the next business day.


How do I track my package once it's been shipped?

We’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.


I'm having trouble with my tracking info.

What are your international shipping fees?

Regarding International Shipping fees, MommaStrong is not responsible for customs, duty or import tax fees that may be incurred. We kindly recommend you look into it for your Country before placing an order. If you do not see your country represented in the shipping options please email us at help@mommastrong.com.


How does Free Shipping work?

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
  • Applicable for orders subtotaling over $50 USD.
  • Automatically applied at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time starts when the order ships.

How does shipping work for wooden mantras?

Each handmade wooden mantra will ship directly from Anne’s Studio in Kentucky via USPS Ground at $3.50. USPS Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days within the United States. FedEx 2 day shipping does not apply to any of these items. For International inquiries, please email shop@mommastrong.com


Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Because we process orders within 1-2 business days, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped.


What is your refund policy?

At this time, we will exchange t-shirts if you need a different size (while supplies last), but we cannot refund your purchase. As we develop this function a bit more, we aim to provide more possibilities. Thanks for your understanding. And we hope you love them as much as we do! Regarding Booty Bands, we accept exchanges 4 weeks from the purchase date as long as there are no signs of wear and there will be a $7 restocking fee.
