MommaStrong is for “Mommas” who want to build strength from the inside out. Our definition of “Mommas” includes anyone who is a caregiver to children including cisgender women, nonbinary, and transgender people. MommaStrong is for Mommas who birthed a child and for those who came to care for a child/children in other ways.
You probably have everything you need to get started in your house right now. A yoga mat and some comfy shoes to start. If you need weights, some cans from your pantry will do just fine. You may need a chair from time to time and we frequently use a resistance band to get the glutes firing, but you can also use a belt, yoga strap or sports bra. You may also want a support surface but a yoga bolster or rolled up towel works just fine too. If you want to do release work, you can use one of our release balls or you can just use a tennis ball or lacrosse ball. All of our equipment can be found in our shop. None of it is required.
Yes, absolutely. We have a unique proven process that takes you through a personalized introductory program that helps you to gain knowledge, strength and endurance before beginning our daily 15 workouts.

Hacks are quick 5 min workouts for those days when 15 minutes won’t work. There are great vacation hacks, headache hacks, baby sleeping on me hacks. You name it and there is probably a hack for it. And if there is not, just ask, we will probably make it for you.

Deep Dives are a series of videos that educate you and give you practical applications for specific topics like our Glute Reboot or our Begin Again or Incontinence series. There are lots of areas to explore.
