We believe there’s a way through the muck and mess of being a parent, and this way involves allowing imperfection to be the door to accomplishment. Here, we help you show up for regular exercise even when that seems impossible.
We also believe that your body has been through a lot. We know that you haven’t gotten all the support you need to understand what has happened and what to do to heal. Maybe you – like so many others – assume that this is the just the “way it is” after having kids. We disagree. We think you just need better education and care. And, we’re here for it.
We know that you have ever-changing needs and so we’ve got a well-organized lineup of content. Our goal is to address specifically where you are right now and then guide you through what happens next, step by step.
Every bit of our content is “Do It For You” (DIFY), meaning that all you have to do it click play. So, yes, this means you have to do the squatting and stuff, BUT you don’t have to paste together a workout from exercise tutorials. Most online fitness programs are “Do It Yourself” (DIY). This means that they give you a list of exercises and you learn how to do them and then you have to put them together into a workout and time yourself, etc etc. With us, you simply click play and do the workout with us.
So, you get daily workouts – new everyday – that are DIFY. You also get a massive library of DIFY content that targets pain points, bigger chronic issues, or just body parts.

You probably have everything you need to get started in your house right now. A yoga mat and some comfy shoes to start. If you need weights, some cans from your pantry will do just fine. You may need a chair from time to time and we frequently use a resistance band to get the glutes firing, but you can also use a belt, yoga strap or sports bra. You may also want a support surface but a yoga bolster or rolled up towel works just fine too. If you want to do release work, you can use one of our release balls or you can just use a tennis ball or lacrosse ball. All of our equipment can be found in our shop. But, none of it is required.
Yes, absolutely. We have a unique entry point that takes you through a personalized introductory program that helps you to gain knowledge, strength and endurance before beginning our daily 15 workouts. We also have many opportunities to explore and resolve any pain you may experience along the way. You can address everything from plantar fasciitis to diastasis recti to back pain and everything in between.
So, if you are here to start gently or you want to dive right in to a challenge, we’ve got you covered.
We do not do before/afters because we think these are cheap marketing tactics that do nothing but make you purchase with unrealistic expectations, which 99% of the time result in shame. We are also anti-objectification and avoid all sources of images that commodify bodies.
You can, however, expect to feel more connected, aware and accepting of your body. You will feel stronger and more confident while preventing injuries and correcting movements so you can enjoy any type of movement or exercise you choose.
We find that people say that this feels like it “checks the box” for daily exercise and that they feel a ton of freedom from that constant thought chatter that says “you’re not doing enough”. This leaves a ton more room in our brains for all the other shenanigans we wrangle. AND, it also gives our bodies the exact right amount of support to feel better sustainably.
