FAQs

What kind of weight training programming to you specialize in?

We offer functional strength training, with a focus on women's health throughout the lifespan. This means that, for weight training, we program each workout to challenge your body to develop strength for your everyday life. Instead of just a rowing motion with a dumbbell, you will find that we have you do a rowing motion with added rotation. Or a single leg squat with your heel elevated and your arm in a swinging motion. The point being, we train you to be more equipped for the dynamic and often chaotic reality of life. 

You will find that each week of our Daily 15 workouts expertly gives attention to the full body and all of the most common movements (hip hinge, push, pull, etc). 

Is 15-minutes of strength training enough?

Small, daily pings of exercise have been proven time and again to be the gold standard when it comes to maintaining physical strength, hormonal health, and injury prevention. 


While it might be even more helpful to do more than 15-minutes a day, the reality is that few of us have time, energy, and resources for that.


This serves as an excellent foundation, much like brushing your teeth is to dental hygiene.


We know you'll become sustainably stronger much more quickly than you have trying other strategies. 

Is this just rehabilitative or is it challenging?

We are a well-rounded, comprehensive resource for your body, as it ages. We meet you where you are, whether you are injured or in pain or ready for a really tough workout. 

What is included in a membership?

You get access to our entire catalog of workouts, which includes our "Daily 15" streams. Each stream is specific to a different phase of motherhood and life. For midlife, you would pick "Midlife & Beyond". You also get access to our pain resolution programs, which includes basically everything from your head to your toes (seriously, headaches all the way down to plantar fasciitis and everything in between). We also have "longer fix" programs, which are dedicated to helping with more chronic issues, like diastasis recti and sciatica. Additionally, we have a stream for mobility workouts, 5-minute hacks, stretching, and so much more. 

Plus, you get access to our community, which hosts monthly challenges and is a great place for you to ask all the questions. 

Finally, we have live events and constantly updated programming to meet the needs of members.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
How do I access my account?
To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details. After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
How do I redeem a gift subscription?
To redeem a gift subscription, use the link shared with you by the gift sender. Clicking the link will automatically apply the gift to your account. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
